Product Description
The IPX5/IPX6 high-pressure water jet test equipment is designed for testing protection against water jets from any direction. This equipment meets the requirements of IEC 60529 standard for IPX5 and IPX6 testing, providing reliable and accurate test results for product certification.
For IPX5 testing, water is projected by a 6.3mm nozzle from all directions with a specified flow rate. For IPX6 testing, a more powerful jet is used with a 12.5mm nozzle, simulating heavy seas or powerful water jets.

IPX5 and IPX6 call for a specimen to be sprayed with water from all practicable directions. IPX5 specifies a nozzle with a 6.3 mm diameter opening and a flow of 12.5l/min. IPX6 specifies a nozzle with a 12.5mm diameter opening and a flow rate of 100 l/min.
